How can I book a trailer?

  • Booking a trailer is easy! Visit our website and navigate to the available trailer section. Select your desired trailer, choose your rental dates, and complete the online booking form for a hassle-free reservation process.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.  24-48 hours for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup or no show: No refund. Please contact our customer support for any special requests or issues regarding your booking. 

Who’s Responsible for Maintenance and Repairs?

  • At Med City Trailer Rentals, we take care of all the routine maintenance and inspections so you can hit the road with confidence. Every trailer is checked and serviced to ensure safe, reliable travels. While we keep our equipment in top condition, customers are responsible for any damages that occur during their rental, including tire blowouts. This way, you can trust that your trailer is ready to go, and we can keep providing the dependable service you deserve.
